Electrical Wiring in Control Panels :

Control panels are a part of industrial automation. It contains many DIN standard instruments both in the front panel and inside back rails along with the wiring.  They are called panel mounting and rail mounting. Cable management is a Science in these equipment.



SCADA - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition

This section has no electronic parts, so you can figure out the diagrams. The Control Panel belwow is a Multi Zone Temperature Control panel used in Plastic Extrusion Moulding. We made many of these and it helped us learn cable management techniques. The panel is a standard way it was built and some of the merits were the selection of panel components and wiring expertise.
